Escalating tensions in Iran have brought it back to second place on voters' list of concerns after it slipped to number 4 last week*. Last week's poll was conducted days before the ceasefire ended and renewed strikes began.
Currently 20% mention either Foreign Policy (10%), Iran (7%) or War (3%) as the most important political issue facing our nation.
The economic impact of the war is till a higher concern for voters, however, with 31% listing it as the primary concern.
Other concerns included Politics (12%) and Immigration (10%).
Partisan Differences on Top Issues
The economy is the primary concern for both parties, including 30% of Republicans and 33% of Democrats. However, after that, the concerns differ.
Republicans rate the Iran war (26%) and Immigration (15%) as the most important issues.
Democrats say the second most important issue is Politics (16%) and then the war in Iran (13%).

There are many ways to ask about the importance of issues.
