Scott's Scoreboard calculates the percentage likelihood that individual candidates will win a particular Senate, House, or Gubernatorial race. These data-driven estimates are compiled from a combination of forecaster ratings, polling averages, and prediction markets. In addition, Scott's Scoreboard provedes a Competativeness Rating for each race. A 100% Competitiveness Rating would mean that the race is a pure 50-50 Toss-Up.

Scott's Scoreboard lists all of these districts as Toss-Ups. Six of the top 10 seats are currently held by Republicans and 4 are held by Republicans.
