A federal judge has refused to lift a block on Venezuelan deportation flights.

Thirty-seven percent (37%) of voters believe that federal judges have not gone far enough in blocking President Trump's orders. Twenty seven percent (27%) believe they have gone too far.

Unsurprisingly, most Democrats (66%) believe that judges have not done enough to block the president's orders. Just over half (51%) of Republicans claim they have gone too far.

The partisan results would likely be reversed with a Democrat in the White House.

The Napolitan News Service survey of 1,000 Registered Voters nationwide was conducted online by Scott Rasmussen March 124-25, 2025. Field work for the survey was conducted by RMG Research, Inc. and has a margin of error of +/- 3.1.
