Fifty-four percent (54%) of voters approve of the way the Supreme Court is performing its job, while 38% disapprove. This is the Court's highest approval rating since September of 2022, when 45% approved and 44% disapproved.
Thirty-six percent (36%) of voters say the Court generally tends to support government regulations, rather than individual freedoms. Twenty percent (20%) say the Court supports individual freedoms, while 31% say it is about equal.
This Napolitan News Service survey of 1,000 Registered Voters was conducted online by Scott Rasmussen February 27-28, 2025. Field work for the survey was conducted by RMG Research, Inc. and has a margin of error of +/- 3.1.
