    • Just 9% say they are not.
  • By a two-to-one margin (55%-28%) voters also believe that America's best days are still to come.
  • The most divisive question on this topic asked voters if America was fair and decent or unfair and discriminatory. A plurality (49%) said it was fair and decent.
    • Forty-four percent (44%) disagreed.
