  • Approval of the Supreme Court faded as the Justices issued their final rulings of the session.
    • In a Napolitan News survey conducted Monday and Tuesday after the final rulings were issued, 43% approve of the way the Supreme Court is doing its job.
  • A plurality (38%) say the Supreme Court is too conservative. Just 16% say it is too liberal.
    • Another 26% say the balance is about right and 20% are not sure.
