Elon Musk is viewed favorably by 44% of voters and unfavorably by 47%. The partisan divide over Musk is far larger than among any of the other billionaries. Seventy-five percent (75%) of Republicans have favorable opinions of Musk, while 81% of Democrats hold unfavorable views.
George Soros is seen in far more negative terms: 17% favorable and 41% unfavorable. George Soros is the only billionaire in the survey who is viewed unfavorably by a majority of Republicans (51%).
Bill Gates is the only billionaire in the survey who receives a net positive rating - 49% favorable and 38% unfavorable.
Jeff Bezos is viewed favorably by 35% and unfavorably by 45%.
Mark Zuckerberg's numbers are 36% favorable and 52% unfavorable.
Most Democrats have unfavorable views of Musk (81%), Zuckerberg (58%), and Bezos (53%).
This Napolitan News Service survey of 1,000 Registered Voters was conducted online by Scott Rasmussen February 10-11, 2025. Field work for the survey was conducted by RMG Research, Inc. and has a margin of error of +/- 3.1.
