On September 3, 2025, Napolitan Institute surveyed 1,000 Registered Voters and asked them if they knew what "Freedom Conservatism" means.

Only 26% of the voters said that they know what "Freedom Conservatism" means.
- Forty-four percent (44%) do not know what it means, and 30% are not sure.
Of those who said they know what the term means, 61% think the MAGA movement members support Freedom Conservatives.

Those who said yes were asked to describe term in their own words. The 270 responses were analyzed by Google Sensemaker and manual examination to analyze 270 statements.

The most recent data cited is from a Napolitan News Service survey of 1,000 Registered Voters conducted online by Scott Rasmussen September 3, 2025. Field work for the survey was conducted by RMG Research, Inc. and has a margin of error of +/- 3.1.
