  • Just 43% say Donald Trump believes in America's founding ideals.
    • That number has fallen four points since he took office, while the number saying he opposes them (47%) has risen by seven points.
  • Fifty-four percent of voters say that MAGA Republicans are opposed to our nation's founding ideals.
    • That number has risen six points since our June survey.
  • Meanwhile, 42% say progressive Democrats are opposed to our nation's founding ideals, while just 37% say they favor them.
    • One in five (21%) of voters say they are unsure for progressive Democrats, nearly double the 11% that say the same of MAGA Republicans.
  • Forty-eight percent (48%) think Republicans as a party support America's founding ideals, and 51% say the same of Democrats.
