Fifty-eight percent (58%) of voters believe that President Biden was not mentally and physically capable of serving as president during his final year in office.

A Napolitan News survey also found that 56% of voters believe that presidential decisions were being made by White House staff members, rather than by the president himself, during that last year. All of those numbers are unchanged since January.

Finally, 46% of voters voters believe President Biden likely knew he had cancer for several years while he was president. Thirty-nine percent (39%) disagree.

The most recent data cited is from a Napolitan News Service survey of 1,000 Registered Voters conducted online by Scott Rasmussen May 20-21, 2025. Field work for the survey was conducted by RMG Research, Inc. and has a margin of error of +/- 3.1.
