Voters continually rate the three most important issues as economy, inflation, and healthcare.
On the Economy (voters' top issue), voters continue to trust Republicans over Democrats.
- On the Economy overall, 40% of voters trust the Republican party more than Democrats, and 35% trust Democrats more.
- This 5-point Republican advantage on the Economy is down from a 9-point advantage a month ago.
On Inflation, more voters trust the Republican party by a 41% to 34% margin.
- This is a 7-point advantage. The last two months showed only 4-point advantages.
On Healthcare, opinions are different. Democrats have the advantage by a 44% to 35% margin.
- Democrats have consistently led voters' trust on Healthcare with margins as high as 14-point differences. Last April, 47% of voters trusted Democrats, but only 33% trusted Republicans.
On Immigration, another issue that has been in the top 3 for voters, 47% of voters trust Republicans, while 33% who trust Democrats.
- Voters have consistently trusted Republicans more with a high of 49% to 30% in February.

This data is from a Napolitan News Service survey of 1,000 Registered Voters conducted online by Scott Rasmussen, October 29-30, 2025. RMG Research, Inc., conducted the field work for the survey. It has a margin of error of +/- 3.1.
