  • The Supreme Court's approval rating has fallen to its lowest since December of 2023.
    • Just 41% of voters approve of the job it is doing, while 50% disapprove.
  • Voters who prefer a Trump-like candidate are the only voters who have a majority approving of the court.
  • Voters continue to believe by more than a two-to-one margin that the court is too conservative rather than too liberal.
  • Voters overwhelmingly believe that, when faced with a dispute between government regulations and individual freedom, the court supports regulation over freedom.
    • Just 18% say it favors individual freedom more.
