Supreme Court Approval at 50%

Half (50%) of voters approve of the way that the Supreme Court is handling its job, while 42% disapprove. Approval is down four points from February, but up nine points from December. The totals include 15% who strongly approve and 20% who strongly disapprove.

The most recent data cited is from a Napolitan News Service survey of 1,000 Registered Voters conducted online by Scott Rasmussen April 9-10, 2025 Field work for the survey was conducted by RMG Research, Inc. and has a margin of error of +/- 3.1.
