Fifty-one percent (51%) of voters approve of how the Supreme Court is doing its job.  A Napolitan News survey found that 44% disapprove.

Those totals include 12% who strongly approve and 17% who strongly disapprove.

By a 2-to-1 margin (38% to 19%), voters say the Supreme Court is too conservative rather than too liberal.

In disputes between the freedom of individuals and the authority of government regulations, 34% say the Supreme Court generally supports government regulations. Twenty-one percent (21%) say the Court generally supports individual freedom, and 31% say the two are about equal.

The most recent data cited is from a Napolitan News Service survey of 1,000 Registered Voters conducted online by Scott Rasmussen May 20-21, 2025. Field work for the survey was conducted by RMG Research, Inc. and has a margin of error of +/- 3.1.
