  • As news outlets are reporting dire consequences at airports as a result of the battle for DHS funding around the the country, a Napolitan News survey recently discovered that just 2% of voters have experienced what they would define as a "major" disruption.
    • Only 12% of voters have taken a flight in the past month.
    • Among that group, about 1 in 3 (35%) have experienced any disruption.
    • Among those that have experienced disruption, less than half would define the disruption as major.
  • However, as Scott Rasmussen recently discussed in his morning briefing, the 2% that experienced major disruptions are among an elite group that has the ear of congress.
    • "The good news is they're getting paid. The frustrating part of it is it's because the political system responds primarily to those who have more 'elite' attributes," he says.

This data is from a Napolitan News Service survey of 1,000 Registered Voters conducted online by Scott Rasmussen, March 25-26, 2027. RMG Research, Inc., conducted the field work for the survey. It has a margin of error of +/- 3.1.
