Fifteen percent (15%) of voters are following the Men's NCAA basketball tournament Very Closely. Nine percent (9%) are following the Women's tournament that closely. Nine percent (9%) of women are following the Men's tournament Very Closely, and 4% are following the Women's tournament Very Closely. For men, 21% are following the Men's tourney and 14% the Women's.

Sixty-six percent (66%) of those following the Men's tournament have filled out a bracket. Of those, 55% say their bracket is already busted.

The most recent data cited is from a Napolitan News Service survey of 1,000 Registered Voters conducted online by Scott Rasmussen March 26-27, 2025. Field work for the survey was conducted by RMG Research, Inc. and has a margin of error of +/- 3.1.
