Thirty-four percent (34%) say January 6 protesters were treated worse than Black Lives Matter protesters. A Napolitan News National survey found that 22% say they were treated better and 20% said about the same.
Fifty-one percent (51%) of Republicans believe the January 6 protesters were treated worse along with just 19% of Democrats.
Data released earlier showed that just 27% have a favorable opinion of the protesters and 34% believe they should be pardoned. Sixty-two percent (62%) of voters know what January 6 refers to in recent political history.
The Napolitan News Service surveys of 1,000 Registered Voters was conducted online by Scott Rasmussen December 16-17, 2024. Field work for the survey was conducted by RMG Research, Inc. and has a margin of error of +/- 3.1.
