Forty-eight percent (48%) of voters believe America is a land of liberty and justice for all, while 40% say it is not.
This is a modest boost from four years ago, when just 43% said ours was a nation of liberty and justice for all.
Fifty-seven percent (57%) say the United States is better than most other nations when it comes to providing freedom and equality, with just 15% saying it is worse.
This Napolitan News Service survey of 1,000 Registered Voters was conducted online by Scott Rasmussen January 27-28, 2025. Field work for the survey was conducted by RMG Research, Inc. and has a margin of error of +/- 3.1.
