Sixty percent (60%) of voters favor only allowing biological women to use women's bathrooms in the Capitol and Congressional office buildings. This includes 39% who strongly favor the proposal. A Napolitan News Service survey found that just 30% are opposed, with 17% saying they are strongly opposed.
Republicans overwhelmingly favor this proposal (78%) while Democrats are more evenly divided (40% favor/49% oppose).
This Napolitan News Service survey of 1,000 Registered Voters was conducted online by Scott Rasmussen November 25-26, 2024. Field work for the survey was conducted by RMG Research, Inc. and has a margin of error of +/- 3.1.
