Each week, Napolitan News asks voters an open-ended question, asking voters to describe the most important political issue right now.

  • The economy is still at the top of peoples concern with 866 out of 2093 voters saying it's the most important issue.
    • Within that group, 377 voice concerns over generic economic stability including tariffs, while 345 are feeling the squeeze and focused on inflation and rising prices.
  • Two other perennial concerns ranking highly are the state of American politics (308 voters) and immigration (306 voters).
    • Notably low in concern among voters are the environment (62 voters) and AI (2 voters).

Napolitan News asks about the concerns of voters in various ways. In a seperate question, where voters were given a list, inflation ranked as the highest concern, followed by the economy.

Categorization and summarization seen here were made possible by Jigsaw's open-source Sensemaker tool, built on top of Gemini, Google's most advanced AI. This report was generated by the Napolitan News Service, based on our polling data.
