  • Two-thirds (66%) of home owners say their homes have increased in value over the past year. Just 17% say they have not.
  • However, 62% of home owners also say that buying a comparable home in their areas would cost more than their current homes are worth.
    • Just 27% say it would cost about the same, and 4% say less.
