  • Only 4% of voters say they are already using TrumpRx.
    • Thirty-seven percent (37%) are not using it but may use it in the future, including 58% of Republicans.
    • Almost half (45%) are not interested in using it, including 71% of Democrats.
  • A plurality (37%) have an unfavorable opinion of TrumpRx, an online portal launched in February where people can fill their prescriptions directly from drugmakers' sites.
    • One third (32%) of voters have a favorable opinion of it.
    • One in 5 (21%) have never heard of it.
    • More than half (56%) of Republicans have a favorable opinion of TrumpRx.
    • Conversely, 64% of Democrats have an unfavorable opinion.
  • For those who are not using TrumpRx, a variety of reasons exist as to why not:
    • Forty-one percent (41%) are happy with their current pharmacy options.
    • Fewer (17%) say they don't use prescription medications.
    • Even fewer (13%) say they don't like the idea of using a government portal.
    • Similarly, 13% are not sure whether TrumpRx will continue to operate long term.


This data is from a Napolitan News Service survey of 1,000 Registered Voters conducted online by Scott Rasmussen, March 18-19, 2026. RMG Research, Inc., conducted the field work for the survey. It has a margin of error of +/- 3.1.
