  • In a poll conducted just before the attack on Iran was launched, 35% of voters said that the U.S. should support Israel in the current conflict with Hamas.
    • Twenty percent (20%) said we should support the Palestinian groups, and 32% said we should support neither side.
  • At that time, 61% said that keeping the United States out of a wider war in the Middle East was more important than helping Israel (30%).
  • We will be conducting further polling next week on Israel, Iran, and events in the region.


The most recent data cited is from a Napolitan News Service survey of 1,000 Registered Voters conducted online by Scott Rasmussen June 11-12, 2025. Field work for the survey was conducted by RMG Research, Inc. and has a margin of error of +/- 3.1.
