McKinney, TX - December 16, 2024 - Napolitan Institute is pleased to announce the appointment of Sarah Steeby as its new Executive Director. 

Steeby brings a strong history of transformational leadership to the role. She has a proven track record in strategic messaging, organizational development and donor relations. Most recently, she served as the Director of Communications for RMG Research, Inc.. Previously she led innovative initiatives at Young Americas Foundation and AdvoCare International, along with numerous political and policy campaigns. Steeby is a passionate advocate for America's founding ideals of freedom, equality, and self-governance, the cornerstones of Napolitan Institute's mission.

"This is an exciting time for Napolitan Institute, and I am thrilled to lead the organization into its next chapter," said Steeby. "I look forward to building upon the visionary leadership of founder Scott Rasmussen, and continuing to make Napolitan Institute the trusted source for championing the commonsense wisdom of the American people."

Steeby will begin work as the Executive Director effective January 1, 2025.
