Personal Finance Numbers Continue To Be Encouraging

Voters are evenly divided between those who say their personal finances are getting better (30%) and those who say they are getting worse (30%).
Fifty-one percent (51%) paid all of their credit card balances in full last month, up from 45% in late May.
