Many provisions in the new Republican budget are popular with voters.
For instance, 64% favor ending Medicaid funding for illegal immigrants and requiring all who want Medicaid to work if they are able.
On another top issue, 64% favor increasing funding to secure the southern border.

- Seventy-six percent (76%) favor require those who are able to work or seek work in order to receive food stamps.
