  • Thirty-six percent (36%) of voters say America is now safer with President Maduro removed, while 29% say it is less safe.
    • Those numbers include 15% who say it is Much Safer and 12% who say it is Much Less Safe.
    • Another 20% say it made No Impact, while 15% are Not Sure.
    • Predictably, Republicans say America is safer by a 65% to 14% margin.
    • Democrats disagree by a margin of 44% to 13%.
  • Just under half (47%) of voters think it is likely that Maduro's removal is likely to decrease the amount of drugs coming into the United States.
    • Another 39% disagree and say it is not likely.
    • Those numbers include 19% who say it is Very Likely and 19% who say it is Not At All Likely.
    • Republicans say it is likely by a 74% to 22% margin, while Democrats disagree by a 55% to 27% margin.


This data is from a Napolitan News Service survey of 1,000 Registered Voters conducted online by Scott Rasmussen, January 5, 2026. RMG Research, Inc., conducted the field work for the survey. It has a margin of error of +/- 3.1.
