  • Three quarters (74%) of voters say that Russia is Force for Evil.
    • This number is up 4 points from January, and up 7 points since last June.
    • More than half (56%) say that China is a Force for Evil, up 3 points from January and up 6 points from last June 2025.
    • Similarly, 52% say Iraq is a Force for Evil.
    • Interestingly, 27% say Venezuela is a Force for Evil, but in January, 41% said the same. It is possible this is linked to the removal of Maduro.
  • On the flip side, 71% say that the United Kingdom is a Force for Good.
    • Majorities of voters also say other countries are also Forces for Good: France (67%), Japan (63%), South Korea (54%), Germany (53%), and Ukraine (51%).
    • On Ukraine, the parties are more divided. A majority (63%) of Democrats say it's a Force for Good, but only 43% of Republicans say the same.
  • Pluralities say that some countries are neither a Force for Good or Evil: Egypt (45%) and Venezuela (39%).
  • Solid majorities consider Russia and China enemies.
    • More than 7 in 10 voters (73%) say Russia is an Enemy, up 9 points from January and 12 points from last June 2025.
    • Sixty-one percent (61%) of voters call China an Enemy.
    • Regarding China, more Republicans (70%) than Democrats (52%) see it as an enemy.
    • On Venezuela, the parties are also divided. A plurality (38%) of Republicans say it's an enemy, but only 20% of Democrats say the same.
  • As voters consider several countries Forces for Good, they also consider them allies of the United States.
    • Three quarters (75%) say the United Kingdom is an ally, and 71% say France is as well.
    • Echoing that sentiment, majorities also say Japan (66%), Germany (60%), South Korea (60%), and Ukraine (57%) are allies.
