  • In the current conflict, 37% say the U.S. should support Israel.
    • That is up 2 points from a week ago, but down 5 points from February, when Trump took office.
    • It is down from a high of 56% just after the Hamas attacks in 2023.
    • One quarter (27%) say we should not support either side.
    • Support for Palestine is at 15%. That is down 5 points from last week, and is the same as the opinions last February.
  • Fifty-eight percent (58%) of voters believe President Trump supports Israel.
    • This is up 6 points from June's and February's surveys, where 52% said Trump supported Israel.
    • Just 6% currently think he supports Palestine, down only 1 point from 7% in June.


The most recent data cited is from a Napolitan News Service survey of 1,000 Registered Voters conducted online by Scott Rasmussen, October 13-14, 2025. Field work for the survey was conducted by RMG Research, Inc. and has a margin of error of +/- 3.1.
