***Data collected before the forcible removal of Senator Padilla from the Noem immigration hearing in Los Angeles. Issues surrounding the ICE and Los Angeles riots situation are fast moving and ongoing. We will continue to poll on these issues to collect the most relevant data.***

  • Forty percent (40%) of voters say that the Trump Administration has gone too far in its deportation efforts.
    • Fifty-four percent (54%) disagree.
  • There has been a big shift in who people blame for the chaos. 
    • Half (50%) now say that efforts to arrest and deport illegal immigrants are a bigger problem than government officials helping illegal immigrants avoid arrest (43%). 
  • Fifty-six percent (56%) now favor the administrations deportation efforts, while 41% are opposed. 


The most recent data cited is from a Napolitan News Service survey of 1,000 Registered Voters conducted online by Scott Rasmussen June 11-12, 2025. Field work for the survey was conducted by RMG Research, Inc. and has a margin of error of +/- 3.1.
