    • Among 2,000 Registered Voters, Politics (25%) and Immigration (9%) also ranked highly.
    • Healthcare (6%), Social issues (4%) and Foreign Policy (3%) are far less commonly at the top of voters' minds.
    • For Republicans, the top three issues identified as most important were Economy (42%), Politics (22%), and Immigration (13%),
    • For Democrats, the top three issues were Economy (45%), Politics (29%), and Healthcare (9%).
    • Economy is showing another increase of 2 points after an 11-point increase from 30% in our October 16th poll, a marked reversal of a trend taking place since early August of a steady decline in the importance of the economy.
    • Voters have recently spoken out with concern to their personal finances and the US economy.
  • There are many ways to ask about the importance of issues. Napolitan News routinely asks an open-ended question that is categorized and summarized by using Jigsaw's open-source Sensemaker tool (which is built on Gemini, Google's most advanced AI) so that voters can answer the question in their own words. Napolitan also routinely asks voters to choose a top issue from a list.
    • Consistently, in both the list and open-ended format, economic issues are the top issues.
    • Our most recent list format results are from our October 30th poll.

This data is from a Napolitan News Service survey of 2,000 Registered Voters conducted online by Scott Rasmussen, November 10-13, 2025. RMG Research, Inc., conducted the field work for the survey. It has a margin of error of +/- 3.1.
