  • Sixty-three percent (63%) are at least somewhat confident that votes are properly counted, while 35% are not confident.
    • This includes just 28% who are very confident, while 13% are not at all confident.
  • Voters were asked which is the bigger problem with election fraud: too many non-voters being allowed to vote or too many legitimate voters being prevented from voting.
    • Forty-six percent (46%) feel that the bigger problem is that too many non-voters being allowed vote.
    • Conversely, 39% take the opposite view and think the bigger problem is that too many legitimate voters are prevented from voting.
  • Voters were asked whether they favor or oppose the following voting integrity measures:
    • Requiring voters to show photo ID before casting a ballot
    • Requiring all mail-in ballots to be received by Election Day
    • Requiring states to clean voter rolls by removing people who have died or moved from the voter registration lists
    • Requiring all voting machines to be made in the United States
  • 80% or more favored all of the measures listed.
  • When asked what would do the most to restore confidence in elections, 58% believe that requiring voters to show photo ID before casting a ballot would be the most effective.
