  • Only 33% of voters say America's healthcare system is Good or Excellent.
    • This is down 5 points from our May poll, which measured 38% giving a Good or Excellent rating.
    • In this week's poll, 30% say America's healthcare system is Poor. That's up 6 points from May.
    • Among Republicans, 47% say it is Good or Excellent, and 16% say is it Poor.
    • Democrats see it differently; just 21% say it's Good or Excellent, and 40% say it's Poor.
    • A similar percentage (38%) of 18- to 34-year-olds also say it is Poor.
    • More men (40%) than women (28%) say the system is Good or Excellent.
  • But 63% rate their own healthcare as Good or Excellent.
    • This is down 8 points from our May poll, but up 3 points from our poll last December.
    • Only 8% currently rate their own healthcare as Poor.
    • More Republicans (75%) say their own healthcare is Good or Excellent, and a majority (58%) of Democrats say the same.
  • In regards to health insurance, 64% say their own insurance is Good or Excellent, and 12% say it is Poor.
    • In May, the same number (64%) also said their insurance was Good or Excellent, but last December, voters were not so positive with only 56% saying the same.
    • Among Republicans, 72% say it is Good or Excellent, and 59% of Democrats say the same.
    • A large majority of postgraduates (76%) say their own insurance is Good or Excellent.
    • Although 52% of 18- to 34-year-olds say their own insurance is Good or Excellent, 18% say that it is Poor.


This data is from a Napolitan News Service survey of 1,000 Registered Voters conducted online by Scott Rasmussen, October 15-16, 2025. RMG Research, Inc., conducted the field work for the survey. It has a margin of error of +/- 3.1.
