  • This week, 38% of voters favor of the attacks in Iran, down 1 point from last week.
    • This includes 18% who Strongly Favor the the attacks.
  • The number of voters who oppose fell from 57% to 51%.
    • While it is possible that some of the change is due to statistical noise, the number who disapprove may have lowered slightly in response to talks of peace deals this week, as voters ultimately will decide on the success or failure of the mission based on the outcome.
    • However, voters as a whole remain skeptical of the success of any talks in the next few weeks.
    • Overall, 35% of voters Strongly Oppose of the attacks in Iran.
  • The president's handling of the situation in Iran in general is viewed in similar terms: 40% approve, while 54% disapprove.
    • Trump-policy voters continue to be extremely supportive of the president, while Traditional GOP voters are split.


This data is from a Napolitan News Service survey of 1,000 Registered Voters conducted online by Scott Rasmussen, May 25-26, 2026. RMG Research, Inc., conducted the field work for the survey. It has a margin of error of +/- 3.1.
