Voter support for Ukraine remains relatively the same after the meeting between President Zelensky and President Trump. Prior to the dramatic meeting, 53% of voters said the U.S. should support Ukraine in the war, with 6% saying the U.S. should support Russia. After the meeting, voter support for Ukraine is at 50%, and support for Russia at 5%.
Before the meeting, 41% of voters thought President Trump favored Russia over Ukraine. After the meeting there was no change - 41% still thought Trump favored Russia.
This Napolitan News Service survey of 1,000 Registered Voters was conducted online by Scott Rasmussen March 3-4, 2025. Field work for the survey was conducted by RMG Research, Inc. and has a margin of error of +/- 3.1.
