  • Voters are evenly divided on the impact of the meeting between President Trump and President Putin in Alaska.
    • A quarter (24%) say that it helped the chances for peace, a quarter (24%) say that it hurt the chances, and a quarter (26%) say that it had no impact.
  • Thirty-eight percent (38%) of voters rate the way that President Trump is handling the situation between Ukraine and Russia as excellent or good.
    • Thirty-five percent (35%) rate his handling as poor, including 5% of Republicans and 65% of Democrats.
  • Over the summer, these numbers have improved slightly for President Trump.
    • In June, voters were evenly divided (39% excellent or good, 40% poor).
