Fifty-one percent (51%) of voters say President Trump's executive order banning the burning of American flags is political theater ahead of next year's elections.
- Forty-one percent (41%) disagree and say it is a legitimate response to problematic behaviour.
The case of the National Guard is more divisive.
- Forty-seven percent (47%) believe sending the National Guard into U.S. cities is a legitimate response, while 47% say it is mostly about shaming Democratic mayors and governors ahead of next year's elections.
