    • Voters are evenly split at 46% on whether the judge should lose her position for her role in attempting to help an illegal immigrant avoid arrest.
  • There is slightly more support for punishing the judge in some way, even if she does not lose her job.
    • Forty-seven percent (47%) say she should be punished, while 43% disagree.
