  • The latest Napolitan News Generic Ballot survey found that, if the election were held today, 43% would vote for the Republican from their district, and 42% would vote for the Democrat.
    • When leaners are included, the GOP has a 2-point advantage, 46% to 44%.
    • These numbers are essentially unchanged from September, when the GOP lead 46% to 45% (leaners included.)
    • Support for both parties has slipped a bit since August when the Generic Ballot was tied at 47% (leaners included).
    • Republicans have held an advantage on the Generic Congressional Ballot every month this year, with the exceptions of April and May (when the Democrats had an advantage), and August, when the results were tied.
  • While the topline numbers among Registered Voters are essentially even, Democrats have the advantage on enthusiasm.
    • Among voters who are Very Enthusiastic, Democrats lead 50% to 47%. 
    • In addition, Democrats have more voters Very Enthusiastic (48%) than Republicans (44%).
    • Voters making more than $150,000 per year are the most enthusiastic income group to vote, with 57% Very Enthusiastic. Just 39% of voters making less than $35,000 per year are Very Excited.

 


This data is from a Napolitan News Service survey of 2,000 Registered Voters conducted online by Scott Rasmussen, October 29-30, 2025. RMG Research, Inc., conducted the field work for the survey. It has a margin of error of +/- 2.2.
