  • Fifty-six percent (56%) of voters favor the Trump Administration's efforts to deport illegal immigrants.
    • That number has held steady since June, though it is down from 65% in February
    • In contrast, 36% oppose deportation efforts.
  • A plurality (40%) of voters think the deportation efforts have gone too far.
    • Half (50%) of voters disagree and say efforts have not gone far enough, or that the balance has been about right.
    • That number is the lowest it has been since late April, when 49% felt that way. Time will tell if this is statistical noise or something to note.
  • As has been the case for decades, large majorities of voters agree: legal immigration is good for the country (82%), and illegal immigration is bad (74%).
