  • New York State Attorney General Letitia James was indicted on one count of bank fraud and one count of making false statements to a financial institution.
    • Three in 10 voters (30%) have a Favorable opinion of James.
    • A plurality (37%) have an Unfavorable opinion.
    • Democrats have a Favorable view by a 50% to 14% margin, while Republicans have an Unfavorable opinion by a 58% to 11% margin.
    • One third of voters (33%) either don't know who Letitia James is or know enough to have an opinion.
  • James Comey, seventh Director of the FBI, was recently indicted for allegedly making false statements and obstructing a congressional proceeding related to the Russia investigation.
    • One quarter (26%) of voters have a Favorable opinion of Comey.
    • About 2 out of 5 voters (39%) have an Unfavorable opinion.
    • A plurality (38%) of Democrats have a Favorable opinion, and 27% have an Unfavorable opinion.
    • Far fewer Republicans (15%) have a Favorable opinion, while 51% have an Unfavorable opinion.
    • About a third of voters (36%) say they don't know who James Comey is or don't know enough to have an opinion.
  • John Bolton was National Security Advisor to President Donald Trump in 2018 and 2019, but has become a strong critic of Trump in recent years. He was recently indicted on federal charges for allegedly mishandling classified information.
    • Only 21% of voters have a Favorable opinion, while 36% have an Unfavorable opinion.
    • Republicans are decidedly negative, with 12% having a Favorable opinion against 45% with an Unfavorable one.
    • Democrats are split, with 29% having a Favorable opinion and 28% having an Unfavorable one.  
    • Still, over 4 in 10 voters (43%) don't know who John Bolton is or know enough to have an opinion.
  • A majority (53%) of voters haven't heard of controversial online conservative commentator, Nick Fuentes or don't know enough to have an opinion.
    • He is viewed Favorably by just 14% of voters, while a third (33%) give him an Unfavorable rating.
    • Democrats disapprove by a 38% to 14% margin.
    • Republicans also disapprove by a 26% to 16% margin.
  • With the lowest ratings in this survey, 60% of voters have an Unfavorable opinion of George Santos, U.S. representative for New York's 3rd congressional district in 2023. Santos was expelled from Congress in December of that year for wire fraud, money laundering, and aggravated identity theft.
    • Only 15% have a Favorable opinion.
    • Majorities of Republicans and Democrats have an Unfavorable view of Santos.
    • A quarter (25%) of voters don't know who George Santos is or know enough to have an opinion.
