  • More than half of voters (57%) have never heard of Democratic Kentucky Governor, Andy Beshear, or don't know enough to have an opinion.
    • Consequently, Beshear is viewed favorably by 27% of registered voters and unfavorably by 17%.
    • Four out of 10 (39%) of Democratic voters view Beshear favorably compared to only 16% of Republicans who feel the same.
  • Democratic Michigan Governor, Gretchen Whitmer, received similar ratings to Beshear's.
    • Almost one third (30%) view her favorably.
    • One quarter (24%) view her unfavorably.
    • However, similar to Beshear, many voters (45%) have never heard of Whitmer or don't know enough to have an opinion.
    • Not quite half (48%) of Democrats view Whitmer favorably, and only 17% of Republicans feel the same.
  • Lee Zeldin, the Trump-appointed administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), is also not widely known. More than half of voters (61%) have never heard of him or don't know enough about him to have an opinion.
    • He is viewed favorably by 21% and unfavorably by 18%.
    • Thirty-one percent (31%) of Republicans favor Zeldin, and only 14% of Democrats favor him.
  • Pam Bondi (recently removed by President Trump from her post as U.S. Attorney General) continues to receive low ratings.
    • One quarter (25%) view Bondi favorably, down 4 points from December and down 7 points from last August.
    • Forty-five percent (45%) view her unfavorably, up 9 points from December and up 10 points from last August.
    • Almost a third (30%) have never heard of Bondi or don't know enough to have an opinion.
    • Republicans view Bondi favorably by a 38% to 27% margin.
    • On the other side of the aisle, Democrats view her unfavorably by a 62% to 14% margin.


This data is from a Napolitan News Service survey of 1,000 Registered Voters conducted online by Scott Rasmussen, April 3, 2026. RMG Research, Inc., conducted the field work for the survey. It has a margin of error of +/- 3.1.
