  • As United States Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS), Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., has a favorable rating among 48% of voters, but 44% view him unfavorably.
    • His favorable rating has dropped 4 points since January, and his unfavorable rating has increased by 8 points since then.
    • This decline mirrors a drop in trust among voters in the Centers For Disease Control (CDC).
    • Republicans view Kennedy favorably by a 75% to 17% margin.
    • Conversely, Democrats view him unfavorably by a 69% to 23% margin.
    • A large majority of voters with children at home (65%) view Kennedy favorably, as do 72% of those who talk politics nearly every day.
  • More than a third (36%) of registered voters view United States Secretary of State Marco Rubio favorably, and 39% have an unfavorable view.
    • Rubio's favorability has gone up 4 points since July.
    • One quarter (25%) of voters have either never heard of Rubio or don't know enough to have an opinion.
    • A majority of Republicans (59%) favor Rubio, while nearly the same number of Democrats (58%) have an unfavorable opinion.


This data is from a Napolitan News Service survey of 1,000 Registered Voters conducted online by Scott Rasmussen, December 10-11, 2025. RMG Research, Inc., conducted the field work for the survey. It has a margin of error of +/- 3.1.
