In response to an open-ended question, 41% of voters identify Kamala Harris with abortion as a top policy she supports, while 31% identify Trump with border control/immigration. It is no surprise that these align with who voters trust most on these key issues.
Six percent (6%) of voters identify Trump with a no tax on tips policy, while 14% associate lowering prices with Harris.
Among Harris voters, 49% identify abortion as the issue they identify with her.
Among Trump voters, 47% think of immigration related issues in connection with their candidate.
This Napolitan News Service survey of 1,000 Registered Voters was conducted online by Scott Rasmussen on October 7, 2024. Field work for the survey was conducted by RMG Research, Inc. and has a margin of error of +/- 3.1.
