  • Despite all the buzz in the political world, just 23% of all voters can give an accurate description of the SAVE Act.
    • An accurate description, in this case, simply meant having something to do with Voter ID, Voter Suppression, or Protecting Election Integrity.
  • Among those with an accurate description, opinion is evenly divided -- 51% favor the passage of the act, while 48% oppose it.
    • Those numbers include 38% who Strongly Favor passage of the Save Act, and 39% who Strongly Oppose it.
  • To arrive at these numbers, Napolitan News first asked voters if they knew what the SAVE Act was, also referring to it by the title of the SAVE America Act.
    • Just 40% of all voters said yes.
    • Napolitan News then asked those voters to describe the SAVE Act in their own words.
    • Of this group, just over half (52%) mentioned Voter ID or something to do with voting or election integrity.

This data is from a Napolitan News Service survey of 1,000 Registered Voters conducted online by Scott Rasmussen, March 9-10, 2026. RMG Research, Inc., conducted the field work for the survey. It has a margin of error of +/- 3.1.
