  • Thirty-seven percent (37%) of voters say deportations have gone too far.
    • That is down 3 points since our prior surveys in August and July.
  • Twenty-nine percent (29%) say deportations have not gone far enough, while 24% say the number deported is About Right.
    • A plurality Republicans (44%) say it has not gone far enough, while a majority of Democrats (65%) say it has gone Too Far.
  • Overall, 58% favor the Trump Administration's deportation efforts, while 35% oppose them.
    • These numbers include 33% who Strongly Favor the efforts, while 18% Strongly Oppose them.
    • Nearly 9 in 10 Republicans (88%) favor the deportation efforts. 
    • In contrast, 62% of Democrats oppose them.


The most recent data cited is from a Napolitan News Service survey of 1,000 Registered Voters conducted online by Scott Rasmussen, October 13-14, 2025. Field work for the survey was conducted by RMG Research, Inc. and has a margin of error of +/- 3.1
