  • On nearly every top issue measured this month, the president has lost ground, with several at new lows.
    • Prior lows were in September, before a bounce back in October that may have just been statistical noise.
  • Just 39% of voters approve of President Trump on their most important issue--the Economy--while disapproval has climbed to 60%.
    • In September, 41% approved and 58% disapproved.
  • Meanwhile, on Inflation, the president fares even worse; 36% approve, while 63% disapprove. Both of these economic indicators match growing pessimism in personal finances and the U.S. economy as a whole.
  • Even on Immigration, 52% now disapprove of the President, a new high. His approval sits at 47%.
    • Those numbers are almost identical to September, though disapproval has risen 1 point since then.
  • On Healthcare, an issue seen as nearly as important as Immigration by many, 38% approve (a new low) while 59% disapprove.

This data is from a Napolitan News Service survey of 1,000 Registered Voters conducted online by Scott Rasmussen, November 19-20 2025. RMG Research, Inc., conducted the field work for the survey. It has a margin of error of +/- 3.1.
